The provider is responsible for the accuracy of the information, the rights to all photos, and any registrations, licences and insurance legally required. Hourlinker may request evidence or intervene following reports, risk or a legal requirement.
Automatic publishing
The experience is published as soon as the required fields, fiscal treatment and automated checks are complete and you explicitly accept responsibility. There is no systematic prior human approval.
Cancellations and refunds
Before provider acceptance, the buyer always receives a full refund. After acceptance, they receive a full refund when canceling at least 24 hours in advance. With less than 24 hours' notice, there is no refund and the provider is compensated. If you cancel, the buyer always receives a full refund and you do not receive the booking amount.
